International Success! [Rust Bullet LLC]
Hello
Bill,
I would
just like to take a moment to let you know how much I have
appreciated your assistance in our gaining success in
international trade for our products. When you spoke at our
conference several years ago, we did have quite a nice
variety of international distributors, however, the
additions have grown to include Australia, Indonesia, South
Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Hong Kong, to name a few. It is
with the help of agencies such as yours the United States
small business owners can once again look to becoming
influential in world trade and global industry leaders.
When we
first began working with you we were shipping our products
in small package quantities to various private and
commercial outside the United States, with the main portion
of sales being with the 48 contiguous states. There is a
much different story to tell these days, with those small
packages turning into 20’ and 40’ containers headed to such
exotic sites as Ghana, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
To be
able to write such a letter in a time of worldwide financial
strife is in itself remarkable. We have a great and unique
product, that was developed by Americans in America, we are
a family owned and run small business with its origin in a
small town in rural America. And we rely on the assistance
of our government to provide us with the expertise such as
yours in areas that we could not possibly attain or afford
in such a short time on our own. To see other countries
battling their governments, overthrowing them with every
means possible, to a point of laying down their lives to
free themselves of their tyrants, I can only be amazed that
our government, although not always right, does always try
to support us, provide us with protection, and the means to
be as successful as possible.
Once
again Thank You for your assistance and Thanks to the US
Government for enabling you to be there for us.
Best
regards,
Kathline Spring

NevadaDec.com is the newly released website
of the Nevada District Export Council.
The Nevada District
Export Council (NDEC) is an
organization of leaders from
across
Nevada whose
knowledge of international
business provides a source
of professional advice for
local firms. Closely
affiliated with the
Commercial
Service's Export Assistance
Centers, the
NDEC
combines the energies of
nearly
25 volunteers to
supply specialized expertise
to small and medium-sized
businesses in their local
community who are interested
in exporting.
NDEC creates
seminars that make trade
finance both understandable
and accessible to small
exporters, hosts
international buyer
delegations, designs
breakthrough guides to help
firms export, puts exporters
on the Internet and helps
build export assistance
partnerships to strengthen
the support given to local
businesses interested in
exporting. The goal of
NDEC, as it is with all
other councils throughout
the United States, is the
furtherance of our nation's
export efforts directed by
the Trade
Promotion Coordination
Committee (TPCC).
NDEC encourages and supports
export expansion activities
by counseling local
businesses, identifying
export finance sources,
building local export
assistance partnerships with
other organizations, and
promoting international
education at the community
level.
Among the
highlights of the site are:
A live calendar of statewide events sponsored by the
Nevada District Export Council, The US Commercial
Service with offices in Reno and Las Vegas as well as
other Trade Promotion Partners. Online
registration is available.
